Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with Chloe May Creations. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms.
Minimum Quantity Value
We don't have a minimum quantity value meaning you can purchase products in items of 1 unit.
Minimum Order Value
All wholesale orders must meet a minimum order value of £200 (excluding shipping). Orders below this value will not be accepted.
Ordering
Orders can be placed via our wholesale collection at chloemaycreations.co.uk/collections/wholesale-uk or by emailing us at creationschloemay@gmail.com All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Chloe May Creations.
Lead Times
Please allow 6–8 weeks from order acceptance for fulfilment. We will notify you of your estimated dispatch date upon confirmation. During peak periods, lead times may be slightly longer — we will always communicate any delays promptly.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required within 7 days of order acceptance. Orders not paid within this period may be cancelled. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, or by bank transfer upon request.
Pricing & RRP
All prices shown in your wholesale account reflect 60% of the recommended retail price (RRP). We strongly recommend that stockists sell Chloe May Creations products at the full RRP to maintain brand consistency and protect the value of the range for all stockists. The RRP is the price shown on our retail website at chloemaycreations.co.uk.
Shipping
Shipping is charged on all wholesale orders under £500. Orders of £500 or more qualify for free shipping within the UK. At checkout, you may select your preferred courier from the following options:
- Evri
- Royal Mail
- DPD
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen courier. Chloe May Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All Chloe May Creations wholesale orders are supplied gift-ready in our branded display boxes, which are universal across earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. This ensures your customers receive a premium unboxing experience in keeping with our brand.
Exclusivity
We do not offer automatic geographic exclusivity. However, if you wish to discuss exclusivity arrangements for your area, please contact us at creationschloemay@gmail.com and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. As such, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been accepted.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at creationschloemay@gmail.com We will do our best to accommodate requests made before production has commenced, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once work has begun.
Refunds & Returns
As a B2B transaction, your statutory rights differ from those of a consumer. We are not obliged to accept returns unless goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or over-ordering. If you believe your goods are faulty, please refer to our Damages & Claims process below.
Damages & Claims
We take great care in packaging all wholesale orders. However, if goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing creationschloemay@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The SKU(s) affected
- The quantity affected
- Photographs of the damage
Claims made outside of this window may not be accepted. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or credit note at our discretion. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are not of satisfactory quality.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from wholesale orders will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
